Olallie Mountain Trail #4100

Blue River Ranger District

From Blue River proceed east 3.5 miles on Hwy. 126, turn right on USFS Rd. #19 (Aufderheide National Scenic Byway) and continue 3 miles to Cougar Dam. At the dam turn left unto USFS Rd. #1993 for 14 miles to Pat Saddle trailhead. From the trailhead hike up the Olallie Trail #3529 for 2.25 miles to the junction with the Olallie Mtn. Trail on the right.

The trail begins at 4,960 feet and terminates on the top of Olallie Mountain at 5,700 feet.

After leaving the Olallie Trail, the Olallie Mtn. Trail become progressively steeper for app. 0.5 miles, follows the ridge line and climbs again. There is a magnificent view at the summit.
