Feb. 18: 4:20 PM: Speeding Motorcycles ­ 92000 block, Marcola Rd. Involved is an eastbound street bike going approx. 100 mph. Caller advises dark colored bike was going too fast to get a better description, has seen it in the area before. Patrol check.

Feb. 20: 8:04 AM: Criminal Mischief ­ 59000 block, N. Belknap Springs Rd. Complainant reports the pool area was vandalized during the night. Tires were removed & broken, cement broken. Chairs were also broken & thrown into the pool. A tent camper advised their friends had done the damage. It will be up to him to recoup damages from his friends for whom he accepted liability when checking in. Charges made to his credit card. Civil.

Feb. 21: 2:03 PM: Stranded Boater ­ McK. River, 1 mile north of Armitage Park. Involved is stuck on a sand bar in the middle of the river & can't get off. Not in distress, but stuck. Male subject is alone. 2:14: Assist.

Feb. 21: 2:24 PM: Drowning ­ Lively Park Swim Center, 6100 block, Thurston Rd. Info relayed.

Feb. 21: 3:45 PM: Injured Animal ­ 37000 block, Upper Camp Creek Rd. Involved is a deer caught in a fence. Caller was able to free it but it has a broken back leg & hip is dislocated. It cannot get up. 4:25: Resolved.

Feb. 22: 6:42 PM: Suspicious Conditions ­ Upper Camp Creek Rd. & Worth Rd. Complainant reports yellow caution tape across both traffic lanes. Many vehicles are stopped & unable to pass. Caller does not see any other hazard or police activity around the area, wonders if LCSO had put it up. 6:56: Resolved ­ Patrol will pull down any tape that is still up.

Feb. 22: 11:11 PM: Suspicious Conditions ­ Marcola Rd. & Old Marcola Rd. Caller passed a female pedestrian with ropes around her hands who attempted to flag her down. Involved had long brown hair that was covering her face, approx. 5'8", medium build, T-shirt, men's type clothing. 11:41: Arrived - resolved.

Feb. 23: 4:07 PM: Suspicious Subject ­ 36000 block, Camp Creek Rd. Involved is a male subject in a white & yellow trailer about 15' long on some nearby property. Subject says he is going to "develop it," but complainant is very leery of that ­ says the property is in a flood plain & may even belong to EWEB. Caller says his actions leave her very unsettled, may be a meth operation. Patrol check ­ unable to locate.
